Burraq Business Consulting operates its training facility in an independent building spanning 16,335 square feet, of which 9,801 square feet is covered area. The location was carefully selected to ensure easy and quick access from within the city as well as from surrounding cities. Both public and private transportation options are available within walking distance. The facility is situated in a noise- and pollution-free environment, providing a relaxed and productive learning atmosphere.
Our Premises
Ample parking is available, with separate designated areas for cars and motorbikes, while the wide office entrance creates a welcoming impression for learners and visitors alike. The premises are complemented by natural plants and greenery, reflecting our commitment to a positive and environmentally friendly workplace.
Our office houses multiple departments, including Learning Advisory, Marketing, Administration & HR, Teaching, Quality Assurance, and Management. A team of Learning Advisors is stationed at the front desk to assist and guide learners upon arrival.
The facility includes two state-of-the-art training rooms of different sizes, fully equipped with modern learning technologies that foster an interactive and collaborative learning environment. The non-slippery flooring, cleaned daily, ensures safety and hygiene. Each training room is equipped with LED displays, while our Executive Training Room features a projector for wide-format presentations. All rooms benefit from natural light and ventilation through large windows, along with air-conditioning, heating, and well-designed lighting that meets the required lux levels for learning spaces. Comfortable seating, ergonomic chairs, and functional tables support long training sessions with ease.
For added convenience, the facility provides four well-maintained restrooms/washrooms accessible from the training rooms, ensuring proper welfare standards. The entire building is powered by government-installed electricity, with a reliable backup system including solar energy and UPS to guarantee uninterrupted training sessions.
Open & Distance Learning
Our Open & Distance Learning programs are delivered through licensed platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams, ensuring secure, high-quality virtual classrooms. Each course is further supported by dedicated WhatsApp groups, email, and phone communication, enabling continuous interaction, resource sharing, and timely feedback.
To guarantee smooth delivery and immediate support, every online learning group includes not only learners and tutors but also senior management, training coordinators, administrative staff, and learning advisors. This integrated support system ensures that any learner query or technical issue is addressed promptly, keeping the focus on learning.
Recognizing the importance of sustained concentration in virtual training, the daily session duration is optimized to 4–5 hours. This balance maximizes learner engagement while preventing fatigue, allowing participants to maintain attention and fully benefit from the training experience.
