About the Role
Burraq Consulting is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer + Social Media Content Planner who can develop engaging visual content and manage the full lifecycle of our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in graphic design and at least two years of experience managing professional social media content for brands, corporate entities, or agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visually appealing and brand-aligned designs for social media posts, banners, infographics, and marketing materials.

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across all major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and business objectives.

  • Ensure all visual content complies with Burraq Consulting’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent identity.

  • Produce dynamic content such as short videos, reels, motion graphics, and carousel posts to boost engagement.

  • Monitor social media trends to refine content strategies and enhance reach and engagement.

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure content supports overall company goals, including training promotions, consultancy services, and brand awareness.

  • Maintain an organized asset library of designs, templates, and creative materials.

  • Analyze content performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple design and content projects simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Content Manager.

  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant design tools.

  • Experience in video editing or motion graphics is a strong advantage.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and engagement best practices.

  • Ability to transform ideas into compelling visuals that communicate effectively.

  • Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of branding principles and corporate design aesthetics.

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and creativity.
