One bribery case can cost a company its contracts, its licence and its name, all in the same month. ISO 37001 gives you a structured way to prevent bribery, spot it and deal with it.
We set up a system that matches your real risks and take you through certification to the 2025 edition.
ISO 37001 covers bribery in every direction: giving it, taking it, in the public sector or the private one, directly or through an agent. It doesn’t promise that nobody will ever try. It shows you have sensible, working controls, which counts for a great deal if something does go wrong.
The 2025 edition puts more weight on anti-bribery culture, spells out how to handle conflicts of interest, and adds a clause on planning changes to the system.
ISO 37001:2025 came out in February 2025 and replaces the 2016 edition. Certificates to the 2016 edition stop being valid on 28 February 2027, so anyone still on the old version should already be mid-transition.
No standard can promise that. It shows you have working controls to prevent and detect it.
No. Controls are scaled to your risk. A 50-person contractor can certify just as a multinational can.
Yes. They share the same basic structure, so one integrated system and a joint audit are common.
Book a transition gap analysis. The changes are moderate, but the February 2027 deadline is close.
